I have a product, what now?
Updated: Dec 29, 2022
People who want to enter the world of business often think that the most challenging thing is to come up with the "what". What product or service to bring to the market that will be guaranteed to be successful? They often fix their thoughts on the idea that it is enough to be original. "I will invent something that no one has yet invented and it will sell itself". A budding entrepreneur or company overcomes all bureaucratic obligations, creates a beautiful website, and e-shop, pays for SEO and then somehow everything will go by itself. Well, not really...
It may seem that finding the right customers has never been easier. Even though we live in a time when we don't have to see our customers physically and personally present our products to them, we live in a time when there is a very tough fight with the competition. All business entities want to be seen. If it still seems quite simple to you, imagine how many companies on the Internet sell even if only 20% of the products are similar to yours.
We advise our clients not to make hasty decisions with the belief that it will turn out somehow. In the early days of business, a reasonable budget is very important. So why waste money on ineffective advertising and targeting customers with minimal chance of success?
The most basic and important thing is to know your product or service so perfectly that you can answer any question from customers. It may seem obvious, but you'd be surprised how many companies know their products superficially and rely on customer feedback. You don't want to offer inferior and ill-conceived products to your customers, because what else expresses the quality of your business more than the quality of the product or service you offer?
No less important is that only one dissatisfied customer, who leaves his review, will discourage another 10 potential customers.
